Insure Children? Yes, we can!

You can help

• 23,000 uninsured children in Hampton Roads are estimated to be eligible for free or low cost health insurance but remain uninsured

• Every child deserves health insurance

• There are simple, easy activities that every individual and organization can do to help

Who can help
Anyone can help reach families with uninsured children with a Cover the Uninsured Observance event. Schools, businesses, churches, community organizations, sports leagues, or citizens can all help.

How you can help
CINCH is asking you to Focus on Five to reach 5 families with uninsured children each year. If every partner joins in we can amplify our voice to reach thousands and enroll Every Child by 2010.

When to help
March 22nd — 28th
is Cover the Uninsured Week. It is the nation's largest mobilization on behalf of America's 46 million uninsured; however, scheduling your activity outside of this time frame is fine.

Dear CINCH Members,

“Every Child 2010” is a project of CINCH in support of national Cover the Uninsured Week. Cover the Uninsured Week (CTU) is an annual national campaign led by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to raise awareness about the need to cover America’s uninsured. We need CINCH members help to not only raise awareness but to connect families to available resources in Hampton Roads. It is very easy to help – just forward this email on to at least 5 partners or organizations that you work with that serve families in Hampton Roads. Those organizations in turn can host an “Every Child 2010” activity and/or pass this email on to 5 of their community partners. Be sure to include your own personal introduction whenever you pass this email on.
